Umwelttechnik GmbH Leipzig (PCL) was founded in 1991 as a subsidiary of Plambeck Holding. The
operation site is located south of Leipzig. With
a highly motivated and well-trained workforce, the PCL has made a good name for construction, demolition and remediation
services, in the whole of Germany as well as in other European countries.
The PCL has a location in Böhlen, near Leipzig, where about 200,000 tons of contaminated soils and waste can be accepted, treated, recycled or disposed of in an appropriate manner.
In 1991, the LIGAR laboratory and engineering company for contaminated sites and recycling companies was founded by Plambeck Holding. Since then, the company has been offering comprehensive services in the areas of environmental protection and building sites.
