The old fishing port in Cuxhaven is being developed and operated by Plambeck as "AFH Alter Fischereihafen Cuxhaven GmbH". The commercial port will continue to be available for shrimp fishermen and general shipping.
Developed by Plambeck Holding, in the heart of Cuxhaven on the peninsula at the Yachthafen is the extension of the Cuxhaven City Marina with a special flair and an exciting mix of living and leisure.
The attractive construction area between Duhnen, Döse and Sahlenburg was developed, built and marketed the Plambeck Holding.
In 1999, the new development Norden am Dorf was built. 33 new sites were developed and built for the construction of detached houses.
The Plambeck ContraCon Projektentwicklungs GmbH in Cuxhaven Duhnen planned, built and marketed 25 weekend houses of the LUXUSKLASSE.
The project "Satelsrönne", completed in the spring of 2014, is located directly at the Wattenmeer World Heritage Site, absolutely quiet and yet within walking distance of the beautiful North Sea beach.
The marketing and the completion of the houses were completed as scheduled.
On the initiative of Otto and Norbert Plambeck and the former Commodore of the Naval Airborne Squadron 3, Cuxhaven Nordholz, Wolfgang Müter, the airport company was founded in 1995 with the aim of a joint civilian use of the military airfield. Otto and Norbert Plambeck got further private partners as well as the district Cuxhaven, the city Cuxhaven and the local community Nordholz for this project. With the Sea-Airport and the newly developed, directly adjoining approx. 40 hectares of the Sea-Airpark industrial area, the region now offers an outstanding offer for business travel / charter, island flight, international airfreight and, last but not least, aviation-affluent companies looking for the special advantages of the aviation cluster of Northern Germany. The airfield is an important factor to locating companies at the wind offshore location Cuxhaven.
