The project "Satelsrönne", completed in the spring of 2014, is located directly at the Wattenmeer World Heritage Site, absolutely quiet and yet within walking distance of the beautiful North Sea beach.

The Plambeck ContraCon Projektentwicklungs GmbH acquired the whole property, parceled it, prepared the planning for the objects and the development of over 7 ways and applied for the building permit, which was granted for the model house as the first object in 2012. Through a successful marketing and a strict project control, the experienced team from Plambeck handed over the last of the 25 houses on April 29, 2014 to its owners.
