Solar² AG

Solar² AG goes on 3 April 2006 to the stock exchange.

The former sole shareholder Plambeck Holding relies on Jürgen Brikey, Director of Engineering and Sales and Thomas Wind, Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations.

The share capital amounts to the IPO EUR 7.3 million. The shares are held by more than 2,000 shareholders. The company's turnover increased from EUR 2.5 million in 2003 to EUR 4.42 million (2004) to over EUR 7 million alone for the first nine months of 2005.

The Solar² AG distributes and installs since 2001, solar systems - solar thermal energy (heat) and photovoltaic (electricity) from sunlight. More than 750 plants have been installed by the own assembly department on single-family homes, farm buildings and industrial buildings. In addition to standard solar systems, the Solar2 AG combines both areas of solar use in their development and offers a solar combi system. Special panels and modules enable the efficient use of solar thermal (solar heating) on the one hand and photovoltaic (solar power) on the other. Both are built on a specially developed mounting system made of anodized aluminum, which is also difficult weather conditions resistant. The profits from the feed-in of solar electricity can be used to finance the solar thermal system in turn. The hot water can thus be generated from April to September with free solar heat and helps save gas or oil.

The company has its highly qualified sales and is thus in an excellent position in the future market of renewable energies. The regional sales focus in both North and South Germany.

Plambeck Holding has now sold all its shares of Solar² AG.
